first things first...

weekly weigh-in
total weight lost as of last monday: -23.6
this week: -2.8, -26.4 total

i'm okay with my stats, even if it was showing a 4.5 loss earlier in the week.  lol.  not sure what happened - but i'll take it.  :)

my weekend was okay...nothing major to report.  we hit up the outlet malls in hagerstown on saturday since daniel's mom and her boyfriend came to visit.  i did catch an awesome deal on a kate spade wallet - $49, regular retail price was $155.

i'm still a cooking machine.  i'm so proud of the few times we eat out every week now!

there's nothing exciting going on for this week, either.  DMB is going to be on Ellen on wednesday, set your dvr's.


  1. Not eating out will make a huge difference on the scales, I've found. I used to eat out several times a week and we're down to once every couple of weeks. For me, it's simply a control issue. I can control my choices better at home.

  2. We stopped eating out once I lost all my weight, and we rarely go out now. It is expensive, and the food really is not the best for you!

  3. I agree...I tend to do one maybe 2 meals a week out. I like knowing my food is better for me. :)

  4. I love cooking myself, so I rarely eat out. Do you share your favourite recipes? I was looking through your tags, but I didn't see anything related to recipes. You can just share them with me, if you like. ;)
